We use a courier service and Australia Post to send your packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number can be provided upon request. No PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery.
Delivery Timeframe:
Allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and packed. Except during busy periods i.e Christmas & Easter, please allow a 14 day packing and processing time. Delivery timeframe is estimated between 2-5 workings days and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. Perth, rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout. Babynoise cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
